Personalization at Scale

Producing 100,000 films seemed impossible without an infinite budget. Our solution was turning Facebook interest data into a dynamic production engine. We filmed a massive library of interchangeable clips and dynamically stitched them together. By pairing a custom intro based on a user's exact hobby with a relevant car feature and a tailored comedic sign-off, our modular framework delivered a perfectly bespoke ad to every single viewer.

By bridging the gap between big data and creative storytelling, we successfully transformed a standard ad format into content people actually wanted to watch. In total, we created and deployed 100,000 unique, dynamically generated video ads, resulting in the world's most personalized video campaign to date. This unprecedented approach allowed us to achieve 1:1 engagement at mass scale, proving that data-driven, modular storytelling can make even the largest global brands feel intimately personal to each and every consumer.
